Common questions

Will my client actually do it?

It's built for someone who has never held a tape measure. Each step says why it's asking, and their answers save as they go, so they can stop and pick it back up. Your business name is on every screen, so it reads as your process, not an app.

How accurate is it?

It's an estimate, not a quote. Client sizes are rough on purpose — enough to qualify the job and plan your visit. You still confirm on site before you quote.

Who sets the price?

You do. Every rate, margin and prep call stays yours. Your client only sees a price range if you switch that on for their invite. It's off by default.

What you need to send one
